Dyson V6 Pulsing Problem (20 Second Fix) Not Filter - Starting And Stopping

My Dyson Animal V6 Vacuum started pulsing on and off, starting and stopping, and I didn&know what was causing it or how to fix it so I Googled for solutions. I came across some information saying that it was because of a dirty filter but I had recently rinsed out the filter and I knew that wasn&the issue.
