SuperTuxKart 1.3-rc1 - Story Mode Any% 45:57.007

I used version 1.3-rc1 for running this instead of 1.3 mainly because of the Old Mine lapline extension glitch in 1.3, and though it¬ much of a difference Nessie&Pond is probably slightly slower in 1.3, as it was changed to have smooth normals disabled. The route is mostly the same as before, the most notable difference is that I do Antediluvian Abyss as an Expert challenge instead of Shifting Sands, which turns out to be slightly faster as well as easier, as the start of Antediluvian Abyss is annoying and this makes it possible to get it out of the way immediately. The menus and overworld are much faster than before, which I knew was possible but it turned out to be even more improvable than I thought. The gameplay is also overall much better, in particular I save about 12 seconds on both Around the Lighthouse and Black Forest, and 15 seconds in total on the two Minigolfs.
