Тайны Голливуда: закулисные ужасы
Tony Carey released Pink World with his Planet P Project in 1984. I have always loved his work, and am still a huge fan to this day. I previously covered one of his songs "Static" and thought I&like to do another one, so I chose "Pink World". What seemed to be a fairly simple song to do at first actually became a bit of a challenge. What seems simple isn&always the case. Especially when it comes to recording and sounding close to the artist in question. So while our sounds are different, I do believe I came close to capturing the essence of his work with my own passion. I took the liberty to add some percussion at the intro of the song, and little things throughout. I also changed one lyric in the song to fit my video concept I created for his song. We can all interpret songs differently, and what they may mean. I kind of look at "Pink World" as maybe meaning the end of days. So I changed his lyric "I read it at the supermarket today" to "I read it in the Book today". The video I created also reflects this, and conveys a message at the end of winning. Of riding the storm out. Even though the Avalanche is right behind us, notice what happens? We are all just skiers in life! As believers in God, we know what happens in the end.
