David Austin discontinued rose - Radio Times | Strong Fragrance | Great for Pegging | Heat Tolerate

Radio Times is one rose I really wish David Austin can bring back to the market and make it more available to all the rosarian. To me, the best feature of Radio Times and beat most of my roses in my garden is its amazing strong fruity fragrance. Unlike some (lots) of the roses with strong fragrance in my garden that only have great fragrance at the certain stage of the bloom or even under certain temperature, you can always count on Radio Times to release its most intoxicating fragrance anytime of the day until the bloom finished. Radio Times also repeats very well thru out the season, very heat resistance, last long in the bush and always bloom in cluster like a bouquet. The only complain I have with Radio Times is its untidy growth habit. It likes to throw out long cane but not long enough to train as a climber. However, it can bloom along the cane very well so that make this rose a great candidate for pegging to maximize the amount of blooms and growth you can get from this rose. If you have a chance to add this rose to your garden, do not hesitate to bring it back home. I highly recommend this rose for any rose collector out there.
