Candlelight rose | Tantau rose | Fall 2022 | True Yellow rose

I do not have many yellow roses in my garden maybe because I am not too big of a yellow rose fan and thrips just love it too much as well. However, Candlelight always steal my attention whenever it is in bloom. Although I placed it in a far corner at my garden, that true yellow color just soooo bright under the sun, it is practically shining in my garden and you just can&ignore it. This rose is still relatively young for me eventhought this is its second year in my garden now. It is very suitable for cut rose to place in the vase since it will last easily for 5 days in the vase with that thick petals. The plant is relatively healthy and vigorous in my opinion. The repeat is pretty good as long as I fertilize it. It is nice tea fragrance to me. Not sure if Tantau will release this rose to the US market in the short future. If it does, I will totally recommend you try this rose in your garden.
