Timing Chain Alignment Procedure Easy LY7 (SV6) (HFV6)

Tried doing the 2 stage alignment recommended by everyone on the forums and YouTube for the GM 3.6 V6 and wasn&able to successfully do it. Took my car to a dealership and they explained that they do the alignment procedure in 1 stage and don&even do the 2 stage process as there is too many things that can go wrong when turning crank sprocket from position 1 to position 2. Just thought id share this knowledge and save yourself a major headache and big $$.
