Megalo Strike Back originated in a fan made album of Earthbound related music called “I Miss You - Earthbound 2012”. Toby Fox contributed 4 songs to this album, those four being Checkerboard Memories, Fallen Down, Megalo Strike Back, and A New Line. Then some random people thought “Hey, let’s make this Chara’s theme because we think it’s fitting!” And so it was.
