FiiO CP13 cassette player speed & azimuth adjustment

My new FiiO CP13 Walkman-style cassette player arrived playing too fast, and others have reporting the azimuth (tape head alignment) being incorrect. Ideally the quality control at the factory should be improved so these problems don&occur, but at least it¬ too difficult to make the adjustments yourself.
