Testing Sandvik 14C28N Blade Steel

14C28N edge retention testing. My original intention was to use this vid as the review of the Kershaw Knockout. Instead it morphed into testing of the blade steel of 14C28N. I wanted to see how well the blade would hold up after some "normal" (of course normal to one may not be to another) use. And I gave it a good beating on log. But for me, not only is edge retention important, but how easy is it to sharpen following heavy use?
