Bose Surround Speakers 700: how to maximize 3D sound effects (see end of video)

I have been using the complete Bose home cinema system for several months (Smart Soundbar 900 + Bass Module 700 + Surround Speakers 700) but something was definitely wrong with rear speakers: sound was low and inaudible, it was low and rarely heard only in a few Atmos contents.
