Mandolin Hacked for Uke players! So EASY! Tune GCEA and Mandolin = Ukulele!

Use your Ukulele fingerings, and presto, you get a new way to express your ukulele virtuosity! I bought this Mandolin several years ago intending to learn it properly. I was goofing with it next to my Ukulele, and I realized about a year ago, that they were virtually the same layout. I tuned the Mandolin to the standard GCEA Uke tuning, and surprise! It sounded like an ethereal uke. If you have a Mandolin sitting around, turn it into a Mando-uke. It&a lot cheaper than buying a banjo-lele. Banjoleles cost a couple hundred. An inexpensive mandolin like my "Rogue" brand costs about $70 at the discount music stores. You might even end up playing it as a Mandolin, as well!
