Sony A7 iii Iso Gamma Cine4 issue

I can&use Iso 50-160 for stills (Raw / not video!) in M/S/A/P modes. If i choose Iso 100, for example, i get the error message: "This operation or setting not available as follow: Gamma Cine4" But my Picture Profile is OFF! Firmware version is 2.0 I did already camera/factory reset + taking out the battery. If you have same issue and you find a solution already, please let me know.
