#montazure Great Monday to upload a new short video about real estate. Today I will show you a property which is located in Kamala beach and this is one of the most controversial properties in my opinion. It&a great developer, a great location, you have walking distance to the beach BUT !!!! I never saw penthouses worth as a castle but with so " not good " interior design and small space inside. I will show you that penthouse and other properties of that project, later on, now it&a just review of infrastructure and a small introduction. BTW penthouse which I will show you later on is now on the market worth an incredible price of 6 000 000 USD !!! That&a lot for a 2br apartment even with a private rooftop pool ... I have a couple of units for resale worth 500-600 000 USD and they are great, cozy, comfortable with modern design, but it&slightly overpriced in my opinion, any way we can negotiate the price with developer/owners. Nevertheless, it&a good project for your personal staying if you want to have a good location, quiet area, decent infrastructure and literally walking distance to the beach, MontAzure is definitely a good option.
