This poor woman called for help, this is what she got instead. Last week my friend&daughter was choked by a neighbor. Police did nothing. I&had my apartment robbed twice, knew who the thieves were and police refused to investigate the robbery, although they did not fail to interrogate me on what few items I had left, trying to psychologically profile me.
