Ermine White w/Black interior, 327/360hp F.I. 4-spd manual transmission. The last of an era is always considered special and the &Corvette was no exception. The powers that be at Chevrolet wanted the last C1 to go out with a bang, and it did. The &was similar to the &in basic styling, but there were some distinct differences. The car was probably the cleanest and least adorned C1 since the car was introduced in &Gone was much of the chrome and stainless trim that the previous cars wore. The famous "Coves" were still there, but you could no longer get a contrasting color. A ribbed rocker panel molding below the doors was pretty much the only flash it had. But, the biggest change for &with the increase in cubic inches and horsepower! The 283 grew to 327ci. Gone were the dual 4-bbl carbs were gone, replaced with a single 4-bbl. But, optional fuel injection was still offered. And it was a brute! Putting out 360hp! Up from the 315 offered in & The &offered here has been beautifully restored and features the aforementioned Fuelie engine, 4-spd manual transmission and power windows.
