Siemens WG56 IQ700 powerSpeed washing machine - Unboxing, installation & first wash cycle

Unboxing, installation and setup of our new Siemens IQ700 powerSpeed washing machine, followed by the initial Cottons 90° cycle. This video shows the installation from start to finish. I have used the machine a few times since it has been delivered and I’m liking the improvements. The app has more functionality, and although this machine doesn’t have a Hygiene cycle there are plenty of other cycles available on the app. The full range of options is also available on the app - so less ironing and variable extra rinse are still available (despite not being on the fascia), and also Siemens now have the intensive plus option on the app. The spin profiles are different - it will now do several bursts depending how heavy the load is, and redistributes after each burst. It also ramps up a lot faster to the spins, and spends a lot more time holding at 1600. It is fussier at spinning than the previous generation, but then hopefully this will be kinder to the suspension than the previous IQ700. It is still not as fussy as the W1 though.
