[RAZER] Wireless Mouse USB Dongle not working FIX/SOLUTION

[EDIT - AFTER SEEING THE SAME COMMENTS DAILY ABOUT DONGLE DISCONNECTING] These steps of the video ASSUMES you have already tried basic troubleshooting & you have already contacted support for a replacement dongle, after reading comments it seems as though replacement dongle & using the pairing utility fixes things, ***** if you try to use a pairing utility on a non-replacement dongle or the broken dongle the software will most likely not work!******* The steps in this videos ASSUMES you have exhausted all other troubleshooting options & support After relentlessly trying to fix my expensive mouse that SHOULD be flawless for what razer has us paying i download their weirdly hidden secret utility tool that took weeks of contacting support to find out about and no other help forum, reddit post, or youtube help video seems to cover!!! After running the utility it repairs or resets your dongle and manually pairs the dongle to your mouse and PC, and fully revived my razer viper v2 pro wireless mode!!!
