How to downgrade Phoenix BIOS with WinPhlash

WinPhlash goes through the process of loading the new BIOS, analyzes the compatibility of the old and new BIOS, reads the old BIOS, and then saves the old BIOS into a backup file. But after reaching the final stage of "flash new BIOS" an error message "The current system BIOS has the same version (or newer) as the version you are trying to flash, so the BIOS will not be changed" appears. This is actually an extra security check with the Phoenix WinPhlash tool to prevent users from downgrading the Phoenix BIOS version.
