??♀️ A 30 min. mobility routine that combines weights w/ mobility, coordination & core stability work. ? Target areas: full body (also covers wrists & ankles!) ? How To Use: as its own workout session ? Equipment: 1 DB or 1 KB (I used 8kg) - but you can also use double DBs or KBs to increase difficulty on some of the exercises All circuits build upon each other — they start off with ease and increase in difficulty as you go. There are modifications available & shown on screen — feel free to play around with different weights. This workout can be done at home or in the gym.
