Zoom R24: Updating the Firmware From Version 1.10 to 1.13. Step by Step Instructions.

1. Go to the Zoom link above and download the appropriate driver for your system. 2. The installer is the .BIN folder -- R24SYS.BIN 3. Connect the Zoom R24, via USB to a computer and via the card reader function. Once the Zoom icon appears on your desktop, you then drag the R24SYS.BIN zip folder into the icon. Once the transfer is complete, you can drag the icon to the trash and terminate the connection at the Zoom. 4. Turn off the Zoom R24 and before powering back on, depress and hold the play button. 5. A screen - (Version UP, Keep Power On) will prompt you to hit "ENTER" to update the firmware. Press ENTER and wait until the prompt to turn off the machine. 6. Upon completion, the screen will say: COMPLETE! Please Power OFF. 7. Check and make sure it has updated the firmware. If not, repeat the steps.
