A young newly married couple Rimi and Bikram are living happily. One day the girl&paternal uncle dies and leaves behind an old traditional house in the northern part of the city of Kolkata, India. Though hesitant about how to maintain such a big property, they shift to their new residence. But they need to rent out a portion to maintain the property. The right kind of tenant is difficult to find. But finally one day Tiasha in her mid-thirties who works in an NGO comes along. The three gel well and Tiasha moves in as the new tenant. Life is good as a nice friendship develops between the three. But then the things take an ugly turn finally reaching a spine-chilling climax.
