how do i fix this war thunder glitch? (epilepsy warning) read desc

ive ran all around the internet for a fix with very little luck. so basically a couple months back i started having this issue with warthunder where the game would freeze, turn black for a bit, close every app running then return to normal. after it did this, it would say "video driver hung and was restarted texture quality reduced" this would imply that i needed to update my drivers but that only worked for a little bit, but it keeps coming back and its started doing this, it also only happens on aviation battles not navy, not army. only air, this is my last resort and im very desperate, if you&also been having these issues or you have a solution, please leave a comment. #warthunderaviation
