MAJOR DESIGN FLAW // Why your Sennheiser EW 300 G3’s mute switch is being so inconsistent

It’s not "broken" - it’s fundamentally bad design. The entire inside of the mic, including the actual mute switch under the rubber •MIC cover, rotates with the battery segment. If you tighten the battery compartment fully, the mic switch underneath is rotated past the rubber cover. Leave the battery compartment loose to line up the logo with the rubber cover. For a $1500+ product, this is a large design mistake. Hope this helps!
