Borderlands 2 Speed Maya build (OP0)

Of course all "Rough-Rider-Breakneck-Banshee" Maya&build have worse DPS and worse survivability than "normal" mobbing builds. But speed is 210% of normal. It&HUGE. And somewhat compensate some survivability issues. I tried to minimize Breakneck Banshee health penalty using low-level (50lvl) one. -8000 health is nothing. I use my regular gear - SMGs and Lyuda they work fine. So, let&run! or fly?
