It&day 16 our our 6 Week Shred Workout Program and what better way to begin the week than a killer leg workout at home along with abs with weights complex exercises. This dumbbell leg workout will test your strength and endurance with a series of complexes consisting of four exercises that you&complete as many times as possible in the 2 minutes and 30 seconds allowed. If you&been following our workouts you know that I love a no repeat workout. In this home leg workout we will be repeating each of the complexes 2X each so you can really burn out your legs. Push hard – you got this! The abs with dumbbells will also be performed as complexes that again consist of four exercises that you&complete as many times as possible in 2 minutes 30 seconds. You get a 1 minute rest after each complex, so don&hold back. Equipment for this workout: - A pair of dumbbells at least (I’ll be using 2 pairs in this workout, 2 x 20 lbs and 2 x 30 lbs). - A mat - A towel and some water The exercises, reps and times for this home workout are listed below: Each complex is two minutes and 30 seconds long and will consist of four different exercises. The reps are listed below but they will also be on screen during the workout so you know exactly how many you need to do before moving on to the next exercise. We&complete the first complex then rest for 1 minute before repeating that same complex a 2nd time, following by another 1 minute rest before we move on to the next complex. See the exercises...
