In part 2 of this webinar series, we’ll go further and build a 3D wire harness using the SOLIDWORKS Electrical 3D add-in for SOLIDWORKS CAD and the schematic from the previous session. We’ll start by reviewing how to set up your connectors with the intelligence to allow pin-to-pin wiring. Next, we&move on to associate to your connectors that are in sub-assemblies and make a route path with a 3D sketch path to control where your wires go, routing the harness to get our wire lengths. Lastly, we&build a flatten route for a SOLIDWORKS drawing.
