How to manually set bpm / tempo in Traktor Pro 3.3

It is actually really simple, but i couldn&find a video that tackled the issue. The problem arises when Traktor Pro analyzes 6/8 rhythms as heard in Iranian Music. I&sure it occurs with other folk music as well, ranging from northwest Africa to Afghanistan and several other countries. But you need to address this, in order to have a fully functional playlist.
