To find the Ghost of Johnny Klebitz, you&need to go to the Sandy Shores trailer park between 12am and 1am. He can be found standing outside of one of the trailers, and he&be yelling about Trevor Phillips. Once you&found the Ghost of Johnny Klebitz, simply take a picture of him with your phone.
