WAIT FOR ME: A Tribute to the 80th Anniversary of Victory Day

In honor of the upcoming 80th anniversary of Victory Day, the Department of Foreign Languages at the Medical Institute is proud to present our original song "WAIT FOR ME." This heartfelt tribute features vocals by Glory Ochuole and piano by Eliso Kakabadze, with arrangement by V.K. Boranenko and E.M. Kakabadze. The vocal recording was made within the walls of the Medical Institute (Room 02), with contributions from E. Akhunova, while the piano was recorded at the Interclub (Room 214). The lyrics are inspired by K. Simonov&poem "Wait for Me, and I Will Return..." The video includes segments from the film "They Fought for Their Country" directed by Sergey Bondarchuk (1975).
