Yelang V1021 Aviator watch problem

My watch will not go past midnight. The hour hand will move toward the 12 but will either click back to 11 or stay on 12 but will not go forward. When this happens, I cannot manually move the hour forward past midnight unless I first change the date, only then can I move the hour hand.
