SUPERSET HIIT! Dumbbells and bodyweight combined in supersets for a high intensity, action packed 30 minutes full of quick anaerobic bursts! For this workout you will need a lighter pair of dumbbells or x2 bottles of water and also your mat nearby to set dumbbells down on during movements! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 6kg each. Where any jumping movements occur, there will be LOW IMPACT options shown on screen! As always, low pact doesn’t mean low intensity!😉 The timer will be on for 20 seconds of an exercise, followed immediately by another exercise for 20 seconds before resting for 20 seconds! Each pair of exercises within each superset is performed x2!
