This workout is comprised of 3 cardio step segments, interwoven with 3 strength training segments. The step portions are basic, 4 step, 32 count combinations that are not complicated but will get and keep you moving! The strength segments do not require a lot, if any equipment. All that I use are 3 lbs weights, with the rest being just body weight resistance. For the strength segments we do squats, pushups, lunges, shoulder, upper back and core work. The cardio segments are many fundamental steps (ie L-step, repeaters, v-steps, etc.). I give modifications for both the cardio and strength segments and remember you can always march in place if the intensity or the choreography doesn&suit you right now.
