Free Pascal Lazarus App Tutorial 14 - OnPaint Drawing

This tutorial uses the OnPaint event. The OnPaint event will draw to the canvas every time the form is refreshed. The canvas, lines, pen color and width are used in this tutorial. Lazarus 1.0.8 on W7 is used.
