Windows High Pitch

Basically a fix from the old startups and shutdowns, but fake systems have been stripped out and the DOS-based systems have been included. The sounds have also been high-pitched (and I didn&get them off another video - I did them all in Audacity, which is why this is the first time the Plus! sounds in Windows 9x and Whistler sounds have been high-pitched (as in, it&in D-flat major).).
