Boss OC-5 Octave Pedal | Demo + Review | Electric Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, Electric Violin, and Bas

Hey folks, welcome to my review of the brand new Boss OC-5 octave pedal! I&be demo-ing it on electric guitar, acoustic guitar, electric violin, and bass; if you&like to skip around there×tamps below. I hope you enjoy the video, if you&got any questions/concerns please let me know in the comments! 0:00 - Intro 1:13 - Electric Guitar (US Fender Strat) 3:23 - Acoustic Guitar (Taylor 310ce) 5:28 - *Electric Violin (Bridge Lyra 5-string) 6:44 - Bass (MTD Saratoga Deluxe) 8:01 - Review Everything was recorded direct into my Scarlett 18i8 interface, except for the distortion guitar test which went direct from my Tech21 RK5 flyrig. *I should note that the OC-5 did perform better in the violin-as-cello test in bass/vintage mode, though I lost the video somehow for that setting (oops...). The tracking was faster and more accurate, but the sound quality was pretty similar the video test above, so I&still recommend against ditching your POG or Pitchfork for the OC-5 if you want that cello sound.
