Sennheiser is an audio company specializing in the design and production of a wide range of both consumer and high fidelity products, including microphones, headphones, telephony accessories, and avionics headsets for consumer, professional, and business applications. In this interview David talks with us about their newest product, the Esfera 5.1 surround microphone system. The Esfera system consists of a high-quality stereo microphone, designed with Sennheiser&RF condenser technology, and a 19-inch rack-mount processing unit that converts the stereo signal into a complete 5.1 signal—anywhere in the production workflow, whether in real time or during post production.
