Autodesk Inventor 2020 - Error 1603 fix - setup installation does not work (updated) i have found out that you also need to check: If you used Administrator privileges,by running NETPLWIZ command,last step was working,first of all YOU need: 1.check Autodesk Desktop Licensing service,if service is on. 2.Modifying Registry,as it is shown in this video. 2.You have to be administrator - to be able to fix error 1603 4.Last option,by running NETPLWIZ utility - it fixed my issue.
