Special Yoga Exercises for your Legs and Back In this video, I will begin by doing a "hero" pose. I will do some basic stretching to promote flexibility and strength in your torso. From there, I will do a "thread the needle" pose. This will benefit your back and shoulders. Next, I will do a "seated straddle" pose. Essentially, this is a split. This will help stretch your legs.
