In today&car commercial, we have a rather unique commercial of the 1999 Volkswagen Golf, featuring a modified variant of the song "Domo Arigato Mr.Roboto" by Volkswagen. Lets get into the vehicle specifications shall we? The Volkswagen Golf featured a 2.0 Liter, Inline 4 Engine, paired with a 5-speed manual with overdrive transmission that produced 115 horsepower at 5,400 RPM. There were three trim levels offered for the 1999 Golf; The baseline GL trim in 2 or 4 door hatchback, the Wolfsburg trim in 4 door hatchback and the top line performance oriented GL TDI in 2 door hatchback format. If you wanted a fun and stylish looking sub compact hatchback of German origin, with a peppy economical 4 cylinder engine in 1999, then the Volkswagen Golf was the vehicle for you.
