Zenith Trans-Oceanic Royal 3000-1 multi-band radio repair results.

Just a quick overview of the working radio after repair and cleanup. Cell phone vid, sorry about the quality. I should have taped while working on it, but it was so messy I really didn&expect to get it going so quick. Spent an afternoon on it, replaced two caps, the power connector, and cleaned all switch contacts and controls. A little tweaking and a lot of cleaning on the case. This radio had been in a barn for many many years and was very crusty inside and out.
