Hudson County is An American band based in New Jersey active in the early 1970s. They were known for playing a "mostly black repertoire" of R&B, soul, and funk music, including James Brown covers, in clubs throughout New Jersey and Florida. Original members included John Mulrenan (keys/guitar), Ritch Gomez (guitar), Jon Davis (bass), Louis Gomez (drums), Ralph Jones (trumpet), and Jerry Roth (sax). They released a few songs, including &Sala Bim&, "Everybody&Funky".
