How to open Jura ENA 4, ENA 9 Espresso Machine and Replace the Brew Group

In this video, the Guru demonstrates how to open the Jura ENA models espresso machines. The opening instructions can be used for all Jura ENA espresso machines including Jura ENA 3, Jura ENA 4, Jura ENA 5, Jura ENA 7, and Jura ENA 9 One Touch models. You will need an oval head tool to remove the two oval head screws from Jura ENA espresso machines. One oval head screw is hidden behind the Jura logo on the rear panel. The second one is located on the front of the machine below the coffee dispensing spouts. Once the two oval head screws are removed using the special oval head tool, the side panels can be easily removed to replace the internal parts of the machine. You can remove the brew group for cleaning and rebuilding such as replacing the brew group piston o-rings that result in ERROR 8.
