In addition to having the dubious distinction of being Bjork&first litigated song, ¨Crying¨ was one of the oldest tracks to appear on Debut. Written while Bjork was still living in Iceland and burning to move away, it&rife with the telltale isolation of someone suffering from intense long cabin fever. Featuring an accelerated tempo and a wild emphasis on percussion, this song eventually mutated into a live stomper, and proved to be a highlight during Bjork&Debut tours.
