Known as China&&the new GAC GS8 continues to surprise those who see it. The updated model features new LED headlights that look even more stylish than before when you look closely. The bumper also received a slight redesign. The new GS8 now features a larger black plastic cover that makes the honeycomb pattern more prominent. Horizontal chrome accents on the old model have also been converted to T-shaped bumper accents. The gray coating on the front skid plate has also been reduced. The rear skid plate is larger and now covers the width of the vehicle. Beneath all of this are new-looking wheels. The GS8 has always had a classier interior in its segment, and that&the case for this update as well. All of the wood trim on the instrument panel and door panels has been replaced with glossy black plastic, but the cabin has not lost its premium feel. All white surfaces, including the seats, are blacked out. Brown leather and plastic inserts on the instrument panel, door panels and center console now give the interior a nice contrast. As with the interior, the GS8 already had a lot of extra tech to begin with. But for this update, GAC SUV has added something many of you will like: Apple CarPlay connectivity. The new infotainment system now supports CarPlay and is paired with a six-speaker Harman Kardon audio setup for boot-up.
