In this video, I show you the workouts that I do in order to build muscle and burn fat while staying in great shape. If you do these workouts consistently, you WILL build lean muscle very quickly. Extra Info: -No rest between each individual workout, but you CAN rest between each circuit -Do cardio to burn even more fat and get into prime time shape (especially if you&an athlete). My favorite forms of cardio are jogging, cycling, and basketball, but figure out what works best for YOU, and do it at least 3 times per week. -Do this workout 3 times per week with at least 1 rest day in-between. -Make sure you eat clean and get adequate sleep (in terms of both quality and quantity). -If these workouts are too easy for you, feel free to add weights to the pull ups, dips, and squats.
