QUISK SDR(win 10) to QUISK SDR(Linux) - CW QSO each other over ip using Gstreamer VLF RF over IP

brief demo of setting up two QUISK SDRs - one on WINDOWS 10 - another on on LUBUNTU 18.04 - to be able to QSO each other over IP using VLF CW(5Khz) CWTYPE on windows 10 is sending CW at 5 kHz(VLF band) QUISK SDR demods the 5Khz CW to normal PITCH CW tones AD5DZ CW KEYBOARD on the LUBUNTU PC - doing the same setup at the same VLF frequency of 5 Khz Basic rtpL16pay/rtpL16depay scripts are used on Gstreamer to provide the full duplex-two way-COMM-LINK between the two SDRs
