Keller Williams Command 66 Day Challenge 41 - Filtering Insights

When Keller Williams Agents or Clients are traveling to a place they&never been, it can be daunting, especially if they&moving there on a permanent basis. Where do I find good restaurants? Local schools? Neighborhood parks? Also, how do I find an Agent familiar with all of these important things? KW Command Insights allows us to view the Insights created by other Agents. Oftentimes, there are plenty to review and yet sometimes we want a specific sort of Insight, for example a restaurant. Insights allows us to filter for specific Categories of Insights so that we can view only those types on our maps. KW Command Insights also allows us to filter by Agent so that if we like a particular Agent&Insight, we can see more that he or she has created. This is also a good way to research how plugged in a particular agent may be to their community based upon their involvement in creating Local Insights. Watch this short video to learn how to Filter Insights by both Categories or Agents. Then filter your local area and find the best restaurants, parks, schools, churches and more in YOUR area. Next, choose a few Agents you know and filter your local area based upon Insights they have created. Give them an upvote or two on their Insights or even leave them a Comment on an Insight you know well.
