DayZ Expansion - Garage Setup and Settings

I searched everywhere and couldn&find any "how to&so I figured I would put this up here after I figured it out. These two videos helped me to get to where to make the changes in the XML file. Here is the settings inside the file. My video focuses on the EntityWhitelist to add the TerritoryFlag class name so it can be used. You can make it whatever you want.
