Let&get back in shape! ♥︎ This quick but effective workout contains innovative pilates exercises which will train your entire muscles; abs, booty, arms, legs and back. If you don&have too much time to train or you just don&feel like doing a whole workout session, this workout will be your knight in shining armor.? But you can do it also as a full body warm up before your hard training. ▪️ Intensity: Medium ▪️ Recommendations: • Make sure to press your lower back flat onto the mat. No gaps please. Hold this position also during leg lifts and lower your legs only as far as possible, even if there is only a minimum of motion.
