Due to the Youtube compression. Here is the 45secs 4K Graded and Ungraded clip attached below Sony a6300 4K Video Test This is the Sony Alpha a6300 4K Video Test. a6300 is one of the very exciting Super 35mm mirrorless camera. With the price tag of US$1000. You could get amazing 4K quality and 120fps slow video. And the 4K footage looks very identical with the bigger brother A7RII and A7SII (US$3198). The camera has got 6K oversampling full pixel read out, meaning the camera will not crop further more due to the high MegaPixels. Sony mentioned the oversampling renders greater detail. During the shoot, I found that the battery life has improved a bit comparing with the A7SII. Maybe because the camera has smaller sensor and no IBIS. 4K footage looks very sharp. It feels like you are using a professional 4K Cinema Camera. Also I like the ISO800 on S-Log 3. You get greater detail without very noisy footage. One thing that I really like this camera over the a7sII. Its the Super 35mm sensor, I can always put an adapter and use the Cine lens. Also I can put on a SpeedBooster for extra light too. But the A7SII has got 12 MegaPixels only. It means you cannot shoot in Super 35mm mode. Otherwise the footage will be upscaling. But the problem is, most of the Cine lens are Super 35mm only. There are 2 cine lenses in the market which made for a7sII. One is the Sony 28-135mm f/4 G OSS lens, another one is the SLR Magic 50mm f/1.1 lens. So in terms of the lenses choice. I think I will...
